I joined the 果冻传媒 in June 2014 as Lecturer in Leadership, Personal and Professional Development and Coaching after completing my PhD. My main responsibility is to provide academic leadership for the development and delivery of the School's personal and professional development initiatives. I was previously a teaching assistant within the 果冻传媒 Management School where I co-ordinated modules and developed teaching materials. Prior to joining the 果冻传媒 I was initially a textile designer and then factory manager with responsibility for customer liaison. Education:
